no problems here, but probably the worst grity creepy triggers i have ever bought. i send mine to Bill springfield to get some work on and they return much better I've heard this from several sources but that has not been my experience either. Fairly crisp compared to the 6+ Bushmaster LPK's I have used, and I never found them objectionable at all either. |

I have 4 of them, all of them had been really crappy heavy and creepy, sent them to springfield and problem solved... must be luck of the draw. |

They work, but I dont like them as much as RRA's, Stag, etc.. for the reason of the springs. They feel quite a bit weaker than the other makes. Some swear by em, just not me. I'd say keep lookin until you find a RRA's or Stag. ( CMT on both )Same. I got one because the local shop had it in stock when I paid for my lower. It also has quite a bit of creep. My RRA trigger, while not awesome, is quite a bit better in my other lower. |

I wonder if the time frame of manufacture has anything to do with it? Mine are all of 2008 vintage - how old are yours? Just curious if they are improving or not over time.... |

I had one malfunctioned and required a replacement hammer. Also, had another which worked but had a gritty, creepy trigger. Obviously, this can be improved, but DPMS is not comparable to RRA, Bushmaster or Stag. It's funny how I had the same thigns with mine. A broken hammer, a really nasty trigger. Except my problems were with rock river kits. |
The key is, for how many rounds? Pushing 2k on one lower, between 300 and 700 rounds on the other two. I realize others have many more rounds than that on their RRA's LPK's, and maybe some do on their DPMS's, I just cant vouch for their longevity. That said, if you do want a lighter trigger pull, the trigger and hammer springs may be the ticket.
