Well, I know you get what you pay for but the skinflint in me got burned this time.  Got (2) DPMS LPK's from Midway for my builds only to find them passing the trigger test about 50% of the time.  After wracking my brain for the better part of a week I finally found an issue with  an out of spec disconnect spring or the area where the spring sits in the trigger itself.  When I shim it with 2 flats of an aluminum can the problem goes away and it functions as it should. I always though of DPMS as reasonable for the money.  Anyone else have any issues with their stuff being off a bit?

i used a dpms parts kit once, worked fine. i have heard of others that have had out of spec parts from them.

you could always call them or get in contact with them here in the industry forum. from what i have seen they are usually willing to make it right.
