I am going to perform (per advice from these forums) a slight modification to the replacement steel magazines on my DPMS LR 308 - hopefully will result in the elimination of misfeeding. Silly question - how does one remove the magazine floor plate? It appears it has a tab stop on one end - does one just tap the plate with something in the opposite direction? I don't want to damage the floorplate. Thanks |
