hello, and thanks so much fer a-lookin'!

I would like to know if the brake on the DRMS Light hunter (model w/carbon-fiber handguard) is detachable - anyone know???

According to someone I talked with a couple of years ago from DPMS, it is detachable... unless sold in CA, MA, NJ, etc. where it is welded on.

pca is correct, it is threaded on and can be removed.

Even the soldered (not welded) can be removed.
