I have a DPMS .308 Low Profile Upper Receiver with an Oracle 16" barrel, railed gas block and looking to purchase a set of BUIS's for it... However I am unsure of what will work on the front gas block and also on the low profile upper and not stick me with a rifle shooting high or low. Thought about replacing the gas block with YHM folding front sight combo and then an ARMS 40 or similar flip up rear? |
| You might want to get a Troy folding front sight for railed gas blocks. J/P also make a adj. A2 style clamp on front gas block that works great. You can adj. your gas setings. Great if you run a supersior. Any std. rear buis will work. I have used the LMT cut down carrey handle on my bushmaster and a Troy foling rear buis on My DPMS. The new lower profile uppers from DPMS, And bushmaster will allow useing std. Ar type sights. Hope this help. |
