| Been looking for a .308 gun for a little while now. Had my hands on a Colt LE 901 right before the madness inside but didn't pull the trigger now I'm kicking myself. Would prefer something with a barrel longer than 16" but it's not required. What do you guys know about the DPMS SASS? Please give me any and all thoughts. Thanks in advance. |

The DPMS SASS is generally very accurate, according to my unoffical talley of praises vs. complaints. The biggest complaint might be a tight chamber, but really that isn't a negative unless you are shooting questionable surplus (from foreign sources).
It won't get much attention at the range until you fetch your targets. It tends to be a good value for the $, although a bit heavy. |
