a common problem I've seen with these was the threads for the receiver extension (buffer tube) were usually out of whack just enough to where the bolt carrier would bind inside and effectively render the rifle a single shot which would require disassembly.
On the other hand, you may be lucky to have one that works as designed. |

On the other hand, you may be lucky to have one that works as designed. I did some searching and found some posts about the problem you described. The receiverIi have was bought 2 years after those problems were reported so hopefully I got a better receiver. The guy I got it from bought it to build a match gun and never got beyond assembling the receiver. This one is a teflon coated receiver. I am looking for a bull barrel upper. I called white oak armament and they said 6 months wait. Other's like J&T will not even give a wait time. |
