Has anybody tried this?  Is it a worthy upgrade? http://www.dsarms.com/p-14112-ar15m16-bufferloc-kit-includes-spring-detent-insert-for-your-carrier-and-special-dimpled-recoil.aspx?utm_source=DS+Arms+Newsletter&utm_campaign=aeb275d594-DSA_Christmas_Sale_201412_22_2014&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_8599a38faf-aeb275d594-169455637

It's interesting, but not needed.

Isn't buffer tilt only a problem in full autos? I don't think I've ever seen the issue in a semi.

Some piston guns have had some issues.  I am unaware of any traditional full autos having problems.

My understanding is most buffer tilt issues in pistons normally wear in a little then stop.

That is exactly the feedback I needed.

The OP didn't say if he had a piston gun. I saw the DSA buffer lock disscussed here before and I made fun of it, then people pointed out it is needed (MAYBE) on some piston guns.
If you have a piston gun you posted in the wrong forum, go here: http://www.ar15.com/forums/f_3/126_AR_Piston_Systems.html
If you don't have a piston upper, well there are military M16s with probably millions of rounds through them without "buffer locks" no issues.
