AIMSURPLUS has these for an outstanding price. I pretty sure these are 6061 instead of 7075 aluminium and probably unfinished interiors (meaning it isn't smooth) Has anyone seen these fail? or at least put it through hard use?

I've owned several. Never had any problems. They're fine for plinking rifles and light use. I wouldn't put one on a fighting gun.

They're fine, and the interiors are finished. For 20 dollars, buy two and if it breaks, change it.

They are fine for most casual shooters, for $12.95 it's hard to beat.
