Hi all. First post although I have been registered and looking around. Since I am still new to AR building I didn't have much to contribute.
I had placed an order for a 16" mid length upper with DSArms on March 5th. The charge showed up then disappeared only to show back up as a debit. From reading on here I think it is normal for the initial charge to go away after a few days since it was on back order but the re-debiting threw me so I called. Actually got somebody to answer and when she checked on my order she said it was now a 6 month backorder. I have bought some stuff from AIM surplus and PSA but this is my first dealings with DSArms. OK. Long winded way to get to my questions. Has anybody else had dealings lately with them? Any problems to speak of? Would I be just as well off waiting on them or trying someone else? I looked at Red X uppers and the prices are comparable but after reading the thread here about the lack of communication and ship times I am leery of them. Nobody seems to be giving lead times so it looks like a crap shoot when you order. DSA did answer the phone though so that's a plus. This is my first build so any input would be appreciated. |

Suggest you read their very own ARF Industry forum before placing any order. And no, the DSA website INVENTORY IS NOT LIVE.
