Anyone know this brand? Amy good? My buddy just bought a Remington 700 V-tac in .308 and is looking for glass.

Right now Dark Ops Scopes are on sale on Dvor and I'm trying to help him pick out a decent scope for not too much $$$.

Any help would be great.

Thanks.

I believe they are the CounterSniper brand scopes. They are generally regarded as overpriced, chicom scopes, with fake DoD property markings on them. The marketing is absurd, lots of made up scientific terms, and make believe "contracts". DarkOps is also responsible for the marketing/sales of "extreme shock" ammo.

You definitely get what you pay for with optics.

If you're trying to stay cheap, look at some of the Vortex products (they are a site sponsor) or the Super Sniper line from SWFA (also a site sponsor).
