I'm building a rifle. I'm aiming to do an MK18 style build. This is my first go round and I want to get it right.
List of parts ordered so far as is: Spikes (Spartan) stripped lower AR-Stoner lower parts kit CMC 2 stage trigger Stoner Ambi Safety Troy Ambi magazine release Magpul MOE Plus grip Magpul MOE trigger guard I'm currently hung up on deciding if I want to go with a 16, 18, or 20 inch barrel to accompany either an A2 fixed stock or a collapsable B5 Sopmod? I do know that I'd like to run the BCM gunfighter 15 inch rail. This rifle will be used primarily for hog hunting from a fixed position. Shots will be taken anywhere between 50 - 400+ yards. I won't be doing a suppressor with this rifle. |
