Dam dude that looks pretty good, I like the witness marks so you know exactly where to drill. Do you know if they make a standard 80% lower?

I noticed you just posted this same thing on calguns at the same time? Witness marks are kind of cool but in all honesty there is no way to eye ball it close to center of the witness marks to have in tolerance.

The witness marks are so you know you are in the right ballpark. If you are .100" off you are more likely to notice in time to fix it.

And yes, I did cross-post on CalGuns :)

What is the cost of these? They do look nice. But if you are 100 thou off there will be no way to fix it once there is a drill point in the aluminum as any drill will follow that point. Even if your .02 off I don't think it would work and .02 is accurate eye ballin it

Very nice. But priced at $249 I might as well buy a complete Seekins, Mega, or Blackrain Ordnance.

$249? Is that a joke or a typo? For a paper weight $249? I'm baffled. Good luck to this company

That defeats the purpose of an 80%. The ONLY reason to buy one at all is because it IS a paperweight when you buy it so you don't have to go through an FFL.

I'm confused... What makes this worth $100 MORE than other comparable 80% lowers? And no jig?

The extra cost is because it includes the end mills, drill bits and such. Also it has the witness marks machined into it. FWIW the Billet Rifle Systems builders kit is the same money, but instead of witness marks it includes a jig.

I'd take a jig over witness marks ANY day. Good luck trying to precisely center a bit tip in a witness mark.

The witness marks are a horrible idea. Do you guys really think it is possible to replace jigs with witness marks to eye ball it. I no my aim sucks can't imagine how far off id f*** it up. And 75$ over any billet nice finished lower is crazy
