I've got a new Colt 6601 (1:7 twist) upper laying around, and the original Colt delta cheek piece, an ARMS cary handle mount, and Leopold 3X9 in throw lever Leopold rings. Threw this all together on a CMMG lower (the Colt lower has a higher calling) last night as sort of Delta H-bar retro build. Threw a Harris bipod on it also. Any Idea of what kind of accuracy one should expect from a set up like this, particularily with the 62-75 grain stuff?

You mean like the XM177type carbine at the bottom?

That's my 6601 Sporter Match HBAR. I converted it to a carbine and added the upper, pistol grip and buttstock parts to the Superior Arms receiver to creat the rifle at the top of the pic.

The middle rifle no longer looks as pictured because I added a NoDak Spud retro receiver to that parts kit. And the top rifle is now a SAM-R clone.

Damned BRD!

Maybe I need to get new updated pics taken.

Yea, I've got three Colt uppers laying around. 6520, 6721, and the 6601. Bought the 6520 as a spare. The other two had lowers that now wear a Noveske Afghan, and an MRP. Bought a few CMMG lowers to build up the remaining uppers. Didn't know what to do with the A2. Can't really do anything "cutting edge" with it. Sad to say, but the A2 is retro now. Delta (ie..pre-SPR, DMR, etc....) it is.

For a Delta HBAR clone, it should look like this:
