Bought an AR Upper of the EE Board and the Delta Ring doesn't fit snug. It kinda wobbles a bit like the Handguards are too big. Is this a problem? |

The delta ring sort of moves back and forth when you press on it with the handguards in place? Quickest fix for that I've found is to remove the handguards and SLOWLY start to relieve them where the delta ring rides on them with a file or god forbid, a dremel... [;)] Keep checking the fit as it won't take too much to get them to fit properly with the delta ring sitting snug on them. Most handguards only fit OK, a bit of work and they fit much nicer... I just finished working on a pair of Colt M4's that were doing the same as what you're describing, they fit tight with no delta ring movement now... |
