That looks like a fix for a problem that doesn't exist. Why on earth would I want something that requires a spent shell casing to take down??

I wouldn't recommend that.

not to mention crowding your selector.

I kinda like it.

I had a JP Enterprises tension pin in one of my loosely fitting AR receiver sets.  It was very effective at eliminating the play, but required two Allen wrenches for removal.

This seems like a better solution as it eliminates the play, but is still field-servicable.

Maybe it's just me, but I can't think of any reason for that. Yeah, it looks cool, but, a standard take-down pin is extremely easy to remove––all you gotta do is push it with your finger. When are you gonna be in a situation where you need to change uppers that fast? Also, I'm pretty sure the pin that has the attachment for the spent case would take longer than a standard take-down pin.

EDIT: and as far as removing all play between the uppers, that's just up to the user, 'cause it doesnt affect accuracy.

No it's not. It's a solution to a non existent problem. Can't fault someone who is trying to make some money off an idea they have.

What do you mean "non-existant problem"? Some people like a tight fitting gun with no rattle to it. Albeit it isn't a "problem" per say, but it's deffinitely a chronic annoyance for those with shitty upper/lower receiver fitments. Personal preferance I guess.

Its useless junk, your better off buying a piece of the brooklyn bridge and get more use out of it.

Not an expert, but seems to me that thing could possibly damage your AR .

An excellent device for separating a fool from $40.
