I am a newer member to the board and very new to putting together lower receivers on AR's. I bought a LRPK (DPMS) from a guy to complete my rifle. It is the last thing I needed before I could go out an start breaking it in. I laid out the parts and noticed it was missing a disconnector, which is a pretty large piece to just lose compared to the other parts.
To cut to the chase, every place that I check is out of DPMS lower kits (which is why I bought it from some guy sealed in the original package), and DPMS disconnectors as well. I found Colt and High Standard brand disconnectors for 14.95 and 5.95 respectively. My question is, are these compatible with the dpms trigger group or did I just get hosed? I would like to order the part tonight so the wait will be over as soon as possible. |
