I will be switching barrel assemblies on my uppers soon.  I have a DPMS upper with only 200 rounds through it and I am going to take the barrel assembly, bolt, and bolt carrier from that upper and have it installed on a new CMT stripped upper.   ADCO will be doing the assembly--getting the barrel turned down at the same time.  Do I need to worry about headspacing???

Thanks

Headspacing is only between the barrel extension/chamber and the bolt so if you are keeping the same barrel and bolt just switching the upper then you aren't doing anything to affect the headspace, so of course not.
