Got a Arms 40 BUIS to go on my DMR that has a Leupold MRT 3x9 with proper eye relief and the scope mounted in a Larue SPR mount . I just cannot get the BUIS to mount . Not enough clearance any pointer?

The regular ARMS #40 is too tall to fit under most optics. If you got the ARMS #40 from a dealer, see if you can get it swapped to an ARMS #40L or a Troy rear sight. They should fit fine.
