Does anyone else used Dry Lube on their Bolt, upper, and trigger/hammer area? I have used it for many years and not see any thing on here for dry lube. Bob |
| While deployed, our unit replaced all our CLP with Mil-tech, a liquid that goes on dry (much like your leading brand of deodorant). There were mixed emotions about it. Mil-tech is good for if your cleaning/storing weapons or for inspection, because its not as runny and messy as CLP...but, if you plan to do a lot of firing, it doesn't lube as well. |

Well, I don't shoot to much like most people. This is what I used the dry lube for: Magazine, inside and outside, mag well, bolts on bolt action minus the cams, on the cams I used lite coat of grease, AR-15 upper, bolt, and lower parts. I never had an problem with it. I clean my rifle very well and relube it. bob |
