Ok one more question, does anyone know if DPMS A-3 upper receivers have feed ramp cuts?

I was told the A-4 uppers have the feed ramps cut into them and the A-3s do not. Correct me if I'm wrong, I use A-3 for all my builds.

Not sure about older ones , but the newer ones do.

(By "newer" , I mean current production , and those made since probably 2004 or so)

The A3 is the Colt desigation for the FA version of the A2, either with or without a flat top upper. The A4 is the flat top version of the A2 that retains the Safe/Burst FCG. Now, the civ "A3" flat top upper can have M4 ramps or standard ramps.
