I just received my new site and I can't even figure out how to get the batteries in. I know how stupid of a question this is but any help would definitely be appreciated.

Thanks,
Drew

I had a hard time too. That thing is tight as hell and I didn't want to break the lever off. I just kind of worked it till I could get a fingernail behind the crack.

O.K. So now really the only problem I am having is I am afraid of breaking the cam lever thing. Are you supposed to use it as an actually lever, It won't break?

No, just squeeze the cover and lift up and forward.  I went through the same situation - afraid to break it and feeling like a dufus.  It just kinda pops off if you talk to it softly, rub it gently and tweak it like a naughty ...... ummm never mind.
