New S&W 15T. Trying to mount EOTech 512. All appears correct with the mounting except that the sight seems to be canted slightly (maybe one/two degrees) to the left on the rail. This puts the
Troy sights co-witnessed in the EOTech display but again, slightly off center. Is this a problem with the EOTech mounting hardware (all appears to fit properly otherwise), or will it make no difference when I zero the EOTech? Any help appreciated. Thanks. |
| I've got the EOTech 511 mounted on a Stag Mdl3. The AR you have appears to have the standard rail. Remove the EOTech and try again making sure you have loosened the mounting bracket apart wide enough so that it rests properly upon the rail before you tighten things up. |
