Going to  pick up an EO-Tec XPS.  Supposedly they are shipping out to dealers in about two weeks.  Anyone else here going to pick one up? Are you going to go with the 2 or the 3 NV model? Who has the best price on these?

So far the best prices I can find on the XPS-3 is  about $540.00.  Would love to get one at an even $500 if anyone knows where I can do that please let me know.

I just ordered one from Bravo Company when I saw they had them in stock.

I also have one on back-order at Optics Planet a couple of weeks ago.  I just checked the status and it is still yet to be processed.  I figure it will process sometime next week.

I'm thinking about it

I have a light and laser that run on CR123s so it would be nice to have an Eotech that did so i an keep everything running on the same batteries

Does anyone know if these are the hight of the newer eotechs - like the 516 - or the older ones like the 511?

Just wondering if these would need a mount to co-witness.

I'll happily run my Aimpoint Micro until these XPS sights have been in the field long enough for people to form solid opinions of them.  If they don't address the known issues of the current EOTech sights, then I'll stick with the Aimpoint.

ETA: I do like the EOTech reticle, but the reliability of the Aimpoint trumps it for me.

Wholly crap... not to make this a EO Bash thread, but I thought they would be in the $350-$400 range... for that price, I WOULD buy a T-1...

If they were smart they would.. try to get as many out there as they can With a attractive price with the hope that this model starts to repair the history of Issues they have had over the years with lack of reliability... At that price.. you better LOVE that 65MOA reticle......

I just ordered one.  bravo co has them in stock.

Figure what the hell.  I like eotechs much better than any aimpoint and i've yet to have issues - even with a 551.

So, call me a test subject.

I got the non NV single dot model and bravo has that for $469

Now that Bravo Company has them in pictures, I'm surprised that they're so large. What the hell?

Got mine last week. $472.00. It's a lot bigger than I thought it would be but I like it. I've had experience with 552's and 511's and I've had good luck with all of them so I expect the same with this one.

Why? It's the same technology with the only difference being the type and angle to the sight.

Does it have the riser built in like some of the EOTech models?
