What is the model of EO tech that uses an N type battery, and one which has a dot rather than a circle w/ a dot. Are their model 510 marked "Bushnell"? or EO-tech? thanks

No.

For marketing reason (not PC reasons), EOTech markets their Holosights only to Law Enforcement and the Military.

Bushnell has the exclusive rights to market to the commercial (civilian) market. They sell the 510 under their name. The only difference that I can see is that the Bushnell model doesn't have the thumb screws. You need allen wrenches to install/remove the sight from your gun.

If you buy an EOTech it will say EOTech.
