No one responded to me in the scope threads , an i was wondering if anyone here could answer this, I was looking at a eotech 557.AR223 or a eotech 553.A65 for my bushmaster m4, which one is a better deal, and is better over all?

557's AA, buttons on side.
553's 123 and buttons on rear. So, it depends on if you're going to mount a magnifier and which batteries you prefer. Otherwise, they do basically the same thing. Although the 557 is cheaper. I have a 553 and see no need for the buttons on the side. And, for me, it uses the same bats as my Surefire light. My two cents, plus or minus a penny or two. |
