Can someone tell me what the readings and rangings on the bottom left of the elcan reticle are?

Some way to tell distance easier? I'm flipping through the manual trying to find something on it.

The vertical distance between stadia lines represents 30" at the labeled yardage. 30" is approx. the distance from the waste to the top of the head of the average soldier.
