Ive been looking at the GG&G accucam and the YHM thumbscrew...  Im not worried about how fast i can get the eotech off but the ease of getting it off.  Is the stock eotech screw easy to use?  At first i was thinking about just taking a quarter sized piece of metal and cutting a flat spot on it to use as a screw driver.  Then i seen the GGG and yhm thumbscrew...  I do like the looks of the GG&G accucam but it seems like it would stick off the eotech way to far...  I dunno..what do you guys think?

The Accucam is profiled to minimize snagging.  It works really well.  It's definitely a slick set up.  I like my Accucam but they are expensive.  They give you the QD function with no increase in height (as do the ARMS and LaRue mounts).

The GIANT thumbscrews are a little more prone to snagging due to their profile and the knurling.  They are not very strong despite their size, as the threading is a small size.

I have the Accucam on both of mine and I love it.  I will not buy and EOtech without one.
