Is the 3x magnifier worth the cost for the benefit .

Is there a reason that you don't like the magnifier?

I have the 3X on mine and really like it.

Depends on what you expect of it and what you want to do with it. Nice piece of equipment and works well. Increases percision on mid and longer range targets. With a LaRue mount they are kind of expensive.

I've got one. I found hitting 10" plates at 400 yds getting harder and harder with no magnification. I put the 3X magnifier on, and now have fewer difficulties with longer distances.

I am using a 3x Mako Magnifier on a 1.5 inch 30mm scope ring until I can get a swing to the side mount at the next gun show.

I really like it as it has really unlocked the full potential of the sight.

I am using the Mako because I just cannot afford the Eotech at this time. Just a possible lower cost suggestion to maybe try it out to see how you might like it.

I just put my Eotech 3x magnafier on mine and absolutely love it. Have only had it out to the range once. The flip to the side is a nice feature. Going to take it out again Sunday. Save up your pennies, it is well worth it.

They work very well and have excellent clarity to boot! Very solid build and worth the money!!
