If there was a problem with a EA lower, does DPMS offer waranty services for the EA lower?
I'm sure this next question has been asked before, Could there be legal issues with a EA lower, when all they made were lowers and not rifles?

if there's a problem i think you're screwed. i wouldn't worry about legal issues with an EA lower.
i personally wouldn't buy one since they're cast.

I called DPMS and the sales rep told me they were back in buisness. They have a add in Shotgun News. Who knows?

I talked with the owner of the company recently(really nice guy).He said they have been selling "wholesale only" for many years.Making stocks and other AR parts. They just started selling to the public again.
