Is there any way to extend a barrel about 1 inch? Prior to placing comp on.
May be a dumb question, if so, sorry... Thanks |
| A threaded spacer can be made if you just need to add to the overall length and then permanently attach i.e. to meet 16", or to get a suppressor to mount outside a ff rail or something like that. If you actually want to have 1" extra of rifling, then no you can not. |

| Some one just had a thread with this kind of thing your looking for. It was about 3/4 of an inch and was the same diam. of a standard barrel with female 1/2-28 threads on one end and male threads on the other. Now I cant find it or I'd link it for you. But I'd just sell the barrel and get an 11.5" or get a little shorter rail if you can, before I'd trust a contraption like the one I saw. |
