I am replacing a Commercial tube with a Mil Spec tube.
Can I use the spring and buffer I have or do I need to buy something else?

yes, only difference is in the OD under the sliding buttstock.

Yep. You *may* wish to replace the lock plate as they can sometimes become deformed, but it's still functional if you don't.

Thanks. I have been looking at BCM. Are there any other vendors that have them?

Yeah, but I would stick with BCM. Order a new end plate and castle nut as well.
