Who makes them?

I thought I saw some Troys about 13 inches long , but are there any in the 15 or 16 inch lenghts?

I want one to cover the gas block, all the way to the edge of the suppressor.

Any help would be appreciated.

To get that look, people are using midlength and rifle length rails on carbine barrels.  Troy and LaRue both make rails like this.  I believe that YHM does too.  I think that Larue is the best quality out there.  I have a Larue 9.0 FF rail on my 14.5" barrel AR15.  It extends out to where the front of a standard FSB would be.  You could also get a Larue 12.0 FF which would extend it out further, but you will have a hard time cleaning it.

This is for a 16 inch LMT with a low pro gas block, Smith FH, and a soon to be determined suppressor.
