I ran across something about it in GUNS magazine, does anyone have any more info on this rifle? Its news to me...hy.gif

Damn proud of them aren't they? $1800 price tag, I'll wait. Neat concept though. It didn't say if they were piston or gas operated.

The upper receiver is made by Socom Mfg. Anybody can buy one for a standard AR15. It appears the extra $800 or so over a regular AR pays for the custom handguard/gas block.

Im kinda in between... I think it might look better with one of those AR competition-type grips, a nice target scope, and maybe a bipod.

It stated a appearance of a FAL. So I read that it still has the gas system of the AR and not the FAL. Where's the rear sight?????
