Seems like every few months I come up with a new build plan. So many ideas roll around my head. My newest obsession are FSB rails, the ones with the pocket cutout. But with the trend of lightweight modular rails and keymod and mlok, those quad rails are losing mainstream popularity.

I'm lusting after the Centurion C4 FSB rail. Not the carbine cutout with the rail covering the sides. I have a 12 in on my SPR and was impressed at the relatively light weight for a quad rail. But an email to Centurion confirmed my fears. It's discontinued. But they said if there is enough interest they'll do a small run. In the mean time or if that never comes to fruition, does anyone know of the whereabouts of a C4 FSB rail? Thanks

Keeping an eye on the EE? Saw one in there about a month ago, if I remember right.

Know someone with a mill? Cut up a regular 12"

Does anyone else offer FSB cutout rails anymore?

Midwest Industries still shows one in their site.  Not sure if it's in stock.

Get a standard two piece free float and take a hacksaw to it. Your other option is to check out a MI rail or a DD rail.
