| Can the front sight bases be swapped from one barrel to another or will the taper pin holes have to be re done. I know GG&G makes a flip up that uses the existing pin holes but could the stock bases be done the same way? |

The FSB's are drilled for the taper pins once they are installed on the barrel. There is about a 99.9% chance that existing holes drilled in one sight base will not line up with the cuts already in a barrel. Do a quick search for FSB , swap, and taper pin....... Our AR15barrels.com guy wont do FSB swaps any more due to the difficulty involved with this! |
