[ARCHIVED THREAD] - FSB problem

If I over torqued my barrel nut could it make my FSB canted to the left? Because my rear aperture on my new rifle is WAY to the left. Almost all the way. And I had to give my trx barrel nut more torque to line it up. Any thoughts? It's a DD upper and DD A1.5.

How much more torque did you give the nut?

Well I just found out that wrench is out of wack. It could be close to 80-90 lbs. When the trx spec wa 30-60 I think. The owner of the wrench didn't mention it was messed up. Hopefully nothing is ruined. I'll pull it apart in the morning.
