Well i just filled out another Return Authorization request form. this was for a 552.A65 that i had repaired before. out of the 3 Eotechs that i own a 552, 512 and 511, the 511 has been sent in once and now the 552 is going to be twice. I also own 3 Aimpoints and haven't had to have any repaired. For now on any new purchases will be Aimpoints. I mean come on i shoot for fun im not in the sand box or LE and my rifles dont get knocked around much at all. I realize there are lemons in everything but this is ridiculous.
JUST VENTING

I had this problem with a older aimpoint and it is what turned me on to the Trjicon reflex..
That was 8 years ago and i have never regretted it. I have been tempted with the new aimpoints and there claims of 3 years worth of battery life or such left on constantly. Then i keep remembering Trijicon reflex and 0 problems. |

Aimpoints are the standard which all others are held to. and the battery life is much more then 3 years.... and to the EO's....That's WHY Aimpoints are the standard..... learn your lesson and ditch them... |

I may be wrong but I've heard the battery life is 5 years, at least on the micros. |
