OK so I have some pmags with black fallowers and some GI with grey fallowers . My question is witch fallowers are best for both

P-Mags and GI Mags take different followers. They are not interchangeable.

Not trying to be rude, but if you do a search, search for "followers". "Fallow" means something entirely different.

they don't interchange. the P-mag follower works only in the pmag and no other follower fits the P-mag
