Winchester Q3131A is at the top of my list, but next in line is the Fed.XM193

The only reason the Q31321A is above the XM193 on my list , is the shiny brass in the Q3131A(Yes, I am picky like that)
But other than that, both ammo is sealed at the primer and bullet, very accurate and made recently. If I were to load both Q3131A and the XM193 every other round in a mag. I couldn't tell the difference except for the fireball between the two. Again, this is just my 2 cents.
