I have a CMMG AR-15 chambered in 762x39 and I'm having feeding issues with it I've determined it is a mag problem. Any suggestions on what I can do or a good mag to try.  Thanks

5 rounds in a standard 223 gov. mag usually functions.
never seen a 100% 7.62x39 mag except the 5 round Colt ones I have used.

Nope, still an AR15 considering it uses an AR15 lower.

Ar-10 would be a 7.62x51

I think this got off topic a bit.  I don't have 7.62x39, I have 5.45. The AR, not designed for these Russian cartridges, has the wrong magazine curve shape with conventional AR mags, so feeding is a problem with some mags.  It seems to be hit or miss.  Rock River now has a proprietary lower which allows the use of AK mags, and MGI is similar.  If it was me, I'd buy a new bolt and go to 5.45 since the ammo is cheap and the current mag maker is turning out some decent mags.  Or, just buy an AK and be done with the problem if you prefer 7.62.  That's my 2 cents.

Thanks I'll try and play with a mag to see if there is anything I can do to it maybe I can get it to work or $20 mag in trash. Will see. Thanks
