Hello everyone,

I recently purchased a midwest industries lower.  I am leaning towards a 300blk upper.  I'd like to get something that is quality that I will appreciate in the long run.  Any tips on manufacturers to look for, any to avoid?

Thanks all

Palmetto has complete uppers but if you build your own I like KAK barrels

I agree that PSA is a good starting point.  Any particular reason for 300BO versus 5.56?

A few:
A good friend with a selection of.223 and 5.56 uppers to borrow, but only one 300blk.
Recommended by another enthusiast with experience with both.

Most will tell you that you'll end up with a 5.56 upper at some point, and I'd agree!

As for 300BLK uppers, I only own two AR type rifles but one is a BCM with the KMR Alpha Keymod and man I love it.  It's so light and easy to grab and maneuver.  Makes my other Stag 2T seem so bulky and heavy.  I don't need that much space for extras.
