First of all, quite a bit of this carbine came from members/advertisers on this board, thanks!

About a month ago, on a whim, I purchased a RRA lower. I had every intention of putting together a basic bare-bones carbine.

30 days later:

Specs:
RRA assembled lower with 2 stage NM trigger and 6 pos stock
First Samco G-27 pistol grip
Stag 2H upper with ARMS #40 BUIS
Eotech 552
YHM 2 piece, 4 rail handguards
KAC 1" light mount
KAC VFG
Surefire 6P

I started out wanting to build a sub-$800 AR. I contracted BRD in short order and here she is.

It's unfired. The rifle range is a weekend only proposition for me and I've been skiing the last four weekends. I intend to put a few hundred rounds through it on Sunday.
