I am getting ready to build an AR-15 on a RRA stripped receiver. I'm considering kits from J&T, M&A and Model 1. The upper I would like is a "dissapator" format, 16" post-ban, no brake. From what I can gather, M&A has the best price, $440 on a mid-length handguard (not a dissapator, I know, but 2.5" better than a CAR length handguard), Model 1 is right behind M&A in price at $450, and J&T is highest at $539. I am planning to get an A2 buttstock, standard trigger, standard bolt carrier. Based on your experience, what would be my best choice in terms of kit quality and service? I have some time to think this one over. Thanks for the advice! |

As in most things in life -- you get what you pay for... or just get what you can afford. Try this link or this |

I had my new J&T 16" Car w/tac brake on Bushmaster lower out today for first time.Fired 80 rounds of ammo, no problems.I can't believe how good it shoots, and fit & finish is supurb! I will get some Pic's to send in. I started looking at this forum to see what was best way to go myself about a mo. ago and everything pointed to J&T! I would def buy from them again!Great Product! |
