Ok, after reading so many comments and suggestions I'm really confused now. I'm looking to build an AR-15/AR-10 or both in due time. Now I can't make up my mind in which lower to go with since their are so many good ones to go with. I like the Noveske and Spike as well as a couple others. I want to build a precision .338 Federal and a .308/7.62 NATO. They'll be used for hunting. Any ideals and all suggestions will be greatly accepted. Please advise.

+1 on the milspec part, other than that you're just paying for a roll mark. Noveske still has the free blem lower deal going, my 2nd just hit the mail today

I love mine.  Right now they are offering .223/.556 or 6.8.  I'd give them a call and ask about the .308/AR-10.
Forged lower receivers are machined from 7075 heat treated T6 aluminum alloy and is anodized to mil.spec. 8625.  For $88.00 with their tough coat, you really are getting a great deal.
