Finally got the pistol up and running after an embarrassing gas tube incident.

Pistol ran great at my quick range session today. I started out with two fast mag dumps to get her warmed up, the results of the mag dumps were as follows:
1. Old crusty range officer thought I was shooting super high powered laser rounds and checked all my ammo.
2 Pissed off the couple shooting a couple of stalls down several dirty looks.
3. Ar Pistols are LOUD confirmed.
4. Fireball is Huge

All in all I had a blast and cant wait to see what she can do at 50 and 100 yards.

Parts list for those interested
10.5 in .223 wylde barrel
Spikes upper
Spikes lower
Spikes bcg
midwest industries gen 2 rail  9 inch
Vortex Sparc 2

PS: I am debating what angled foregrip to run as it is not above the 26 inch mark.

Looks nice.  You may want to consider a linear compensator.  Your range neighbors will appreciate it...

Pistols are fun.  Personally I prefer a hand stop over the angled forward grip designs.

ETA: If you really want some noise try a 7.5" 7.62x39 upper with a muzzle brake on it
