I'm not sure exactly how much he has in it so far but its a nice amount.

We shot the rifle using the irons last night at the local 25yrd range and it was great!!!!! We chambered the first round and the bolt got stuck and we couldnt figure out why then the guy next to us said check your fromt disassembly pin and make sure its all the way in and sure enough it was a teeny tiny bit out of place. After that it ran perfectly. Unfortunately we had to break the barrel in and clean it several times in between each round.

After breaking it in we shot it a little bit and it was sooo smooth. It cycles smoother brand new than my bushmaster does that has fired thousands of rounds. We're taking it out saturday to stretch it's legs out.

As far as glass goes I'm not sure what my friend is going to use. For right now he's using the irons and maybe an old beater scope. I dont think he's made up his mind yet and I think he might be letting his wallet recover a little bit from the beating before he buys his glass. I've been recommending a 10x42m Super Sniper, what do you guys think? What would you put on it?

Glass, i think leupold MK4 or VXIII, there's a lot of good scopes, the one you mentioned would get the job done,

your friend got nice rifle it deserves good glass.
