Hey y'all,
I'm in the process of selecting my lower parts kit for my first build, and I'm wanting some advice. I already bought a Spikes Tactical lower, and I was about to buy the following from PSA, but thought I'd see if yall had some suggestions. PSA LPK PSA MOE Stock Kit I've read a lot of great things about Geissele triggers, and the SSA is $220 by itself so I feel that the LPK is a great deal. But then I got to thinking it might be smart to go cheap with the first build just in case I make any mistakes. What would yall recommend? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks! |

My advice on your build: Dont. Once you start, you'll never stop and every day youll be tempted to spend what little money you have left on PSA's deals.
regarding the trigger though, don't bother getting a fancy one. AR triggers are quite good stock and are all you really need, especially for your first build. Go PSA, get inexpensive and generic parts, see what you like or don't like, and make notes. then build another. And another. And another. |

I once had a spare firing pin that eventually became an entire rifle. |
