Went to the range Sat. with my bushmaster. First let me say it’s not a Aimpoint red dot sight, it’s a Bushnell. It’s not a CQB rifle yet, just a range rifle. WoW I like this Bushmaster, the AK comp is LOUD but effective. 100 rounds and no problems from the get go. The target is about 42 rounds at 100 yards with the Bushnell set on the 3MOA dot size. I have some eyesight problems and the dot is not a perfect circle when I use it, it’s a little oblong, but I still feel the rifle performed great. The white circle is 3 inches in diameter, and the 9 ring is 6 inches. I am very happy with the rifle. Bushmaster makes a great AR. | we are even having the cold weather down here ifn florida. been down below freezing several times last week. get used to the warmth and a little cold feels like a pittsburgh winter all over again. it was 45 at the range last weekend and i was shaking so bad my sights were all over the place. |

Hey Pacs!!...looks like you burned some powder at Carters off Treshwig Rd? I used to shoot there twice a week many days ago. It your rear sight a bolt on or is it part of the receiver?? I have been wanting to get a flat-top...trying to decide on the one with the rear site or just flat top. enjoy.... |

Cold? It's 27F below zero here (Barrow, AK)without wind chill and I went shooting on Saturday (okay, so I was shooting from inside my truck, and had to retreive some brass from my windshield defrost vents but it was a good time all the same)! Nice looking rifle pacs... Those mounts are pretty unique.. |
