I am installing a DPMS lower parts kit on an Anvil Arms receiver. So far, everything is going together well. I've been refering to the tutorial is the "build it yourself" section. The coiled trigger spring and the coiled bolt catch spring look about the same. But, I can't figure out which goes where. One of the springs has a larger last coil on one end. My humble question is, which spring goes where? Where does the spring with the larger end. I know if I put the wrong one in the right place, the rifle won't function properly. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

the spring with the larger end on it is the spring that goes in the trigger below the disconnector.  also put it in with the large end going in first.  the other springs are pretty easy.  the one about the same size as the disconnector spring is the bolt catch spring, but the disconnector spring will not (easily) work in its place....

hope this helps....

Look at the picture in the guide of the lower parts. Are you talking about the bolt catch spring and the disconnector spring? If so the spring with the wider end is the disconnector spring, and the wider end goes down.
